Happy New Year's Eve everyone!

We hope you all enjoyed or at last got through your Christmasses, and you look forward to 2024 as much as we do. Screw this pervasive pandemic of pessimism: Things are going to get better. For one, it looks like The Funny Boneyard is finally going to come out next year. We'll beat GTA VI, baby! Love is a long, long road indeed.

There are a variety of reasons it took so long, the biggest of them being that the number of production babies actually exceeded the number of people working on the game. How did that happen?! No idea ;) But no matter how many adorable bite-sized humans requiring constant attention they threw at us, there was never really any question whether the The Funny Boneyard would get finished, just how long it would take.

The bulk of the remaining work lies in the coding and testing, and there has been a lot of progress in this area lately, with dozens of puzzles, animations, cutscenes and dialogs being implemented into the game during the past few weeks alone. By now, development is back at a satisfyingly smooth pace. As long as nothing too crazy happens (and we somehow manage to keep the number of production babies in check), you'll be able to play the honest-to-god full and finished version of The Funny Boneyard in the Year Of Our Lord 2024 -- bells and whistles and terrible puns and all.

I know it's a bit of a PR cliché, but we're really, really excited to finally share this stuff with you. If you played and liked our demo, and you still haven't given up on us, first of all: Thank you, you're awesome. And second of all: You ain't seen nothing yet ;)
